We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. For projects running several months, monthly rates provide the best per-day cost and the most flexibility. We understand that commercial construction timelines shift — a job scheduled for 8 months can run 12 — and we don’t penalize you for that reality.

For long-term engagements, call us to discuss the project scope. There’s no formula we apply blindly — we look at the duration, the equipment list, and the project type and give you a rate that makes sense for both sides.

We don’t require you to commit to an exact end date at the time of agreement. Extensions are handled with a call, not a new contract negotiation.
