Frequently
Asked Questions
Straightforward answers about equipment rental, site services, delivery, pricing, and how we work — from contractors, subcontractors, developers, and project managers across the DFW Metroplex.
Everything we rent — from excavators and skid steers to dumpsters, portable restrooms, and temporary fencing — is delivered to your site and picked up when you’re done. That’s the whole point. You don’t need a trailer, a CDL driver, or to pull anyone off the job.
Call us, tell us what you need and when, and we handle the rest.
The more notice the better, especially during peak construction season in spring and summer. That said, we’re not a big-box rental chain with a six-week backlog. If you call Monday morning and need something Wednesday, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
For larger orders — multiple pieces of equipment, a full subdivision setup with restrooms and dumpsters — give us at least a week so we can stage everything properly.
Just call us. We don’t penalize you for a job that runs long — that’s construction, and we get it. We’ll extend your rental and adjust the billing accordingly.
—The only thing we ask is that you let us know before the original pickup date so we’re not showing up to collect something you still need.
We handle all servicing. Portable restrooms are cleaned and restocked on a regular schedule, and we’ll work out a service frequency that fits your site size and crew count.
Dumpsters get swapped or hauled when they’re full — just give us a call when you’re getting close and we’ll coordinate the exchange. You focus on the job; we keep the site services running.
Absolutely — and honestly that’s where we make life easiest for you. Instead of coordinating three different vendors with three different billing cycles and three different phone numbers, you make one call.
We can outfit an entire job site — heavy equipment, waste management, sanitation, storage, and fencing — and manage all of it under one rental agreement.
It depends on what you’re hauling out. A small renovation or residential cleanout usually fits in a smaller roll-off. Demolition debris, framing waste, or a large commercial build will need a bigger container.
When you call, tell us the type of waste, roughly how much square footage you’re working with, and how long the project runs — we’ll steer you toward the right size so you’re not overpaying for capacity you don’t need, or worse, running out of room mid-job.
OSHA requires at least one toilet facility for every 20 workers on a construction site for a standard 8-hour shift. For larger crews or longer shifts, that number goes up.
—As a general rule, we recommend one unit per 10 workers, if you want to keep things moving without lines. Tell us your crew size and shift schedule and we’ll give you a straight recommendation.
Yes. Our containers are heavy-gauge steel with lockable swing doors — the same construction-grade units used on job sites across the country. They’re weather-tight, so your materials won’t be rained on, and with a quality padlock they’re about as secure as anything you’ll find on an open job site.
If you’re storing high-value equipment or materials long-term, a storage container on-site is almost always a better option than daily loading and unloading.
We’re based in Justin, TX and while we primarily serve the greater DFW Metroplex — Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Parker, Dallas, Collin, Johnson, and Hood counties— we provide equipment rental delivery anywhere in the state of Texas.
For most construction projects, a weekly or monthly rate makes the most sense. Because rarely does a job wrap up exactly when you think it will. We offer weekly and monthly rates, and the longer the rental period, the better the per-day rate.
—Delivery and pickup are quoted at the time of booking, so you know your all-in cost before you commit. Call us or send an email, and we’ll get you a number fast.
