For lane closure work specifically, we coordinate directly with your superintendent on the delivery timing, the access point, and the drop sequence. We understand that a missed delivery window isn’t just a scheduling inconvenience — it’s a direct financial event on your project.

You call us, and we dispatch a mobile mechanic to your site — regardless of the hour or the location. Infrastructure doesn’t operate on business hours, and neither does our field support. Our mechanics carry diagnostic equipment and common parts for the machines in our fleet.

For remote sites, we factor travel time into our response planning. If your project is in a rural corridor, we’d rather know that upfront so we can stage appropriately — tell us where the project is when you book and we’ll make sure field support is viable for your location.

Yes. Our fleet meets current EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standards, which satisfies the requirements on TxDOT contracts, federally funded highway projects, and municipal infrastructure agreements that specify compliant equipment on public right-of-way.

We can provide equipment compliance documentation and certificates of insurance in whatever format your project owner, prime contractor, or permitting authority requires. If you have specific documentation requirements — equipment manifests, emissions certifications, maintenance records — let us know before delivery and we’ll have it prepared.

Yes — and this is one area where in-house transportation makes a significant difference. A rental yard that depends on third-party carriers will often decline remote deliveries or add significant cost for anything outside their standard radius. We control our own trucks, so the decision to deliver to a remote site is ours to make.

We deliver to rural highway corridors, pipeline routes, transmission line construction, and remote utility installations across Texas. For projects outside Texas or in particularly remote locations, call us and we’ll give you a straight answer on what we can do and what the logistics look like.

Long-term infrastructure contracts require a rental structure that flexes with the project’s phases rather than locking you into fixed equipment commitments from day one. We structure agreements that allow for equipment rotation as your needs shift — earthwork machines in the early phases, compaction and finishing equipment as the project progresses, site services maintained throughout.
